The Al Haramain Qur’an Schools brings you a Specialised Ijāzah Programme for children with the aim of producing high caliber recitors and memorisers of the Qur’an.

This programme is for dedicated Qur’an students who aim to receive Ijāzah – the Islamic certification system with an uninterrupted authentic chain (Isnād) leading back to whom the Qur’an was revealed to; the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Students who complete the programme will have the opportunity to be certified.

Students who wish to enter the Ijāzah Programme must have completed Al Haramain Qur’an Level 3 from the Madrasah programme or equivalent and successfully complete an entry level test as a prerequisite. The Ijāzah Programme will be delivered solely (i.e. not part of a package with other subjects) however there will be some Arabic and Islamic Studies topics covered in order to understand the texts holistically. The Ijāzah Progamme also runs with a longer term time than the Packaged Madrasah Programme in order to give time to students achieve accuracy before certification.

With the combination of traditional texts, modern teaching methods and the latest reality technology, children will be acquiring authentic knowledge through our pioneering, state of the art curriculum. Students will benefit from high profile, renowned scholars and recitors who will visit the Al Haramain Qur’an Schools to encourage, inspire and inculcate the passion towards learning the Book of Allah.

IJĀZAH IN TAJWEED AL QUR’AN
The rules of Tajweed will be covered through the two world renowned poems; Tuhfatul Atfāl and Al Jazariyyah. Students will be supported to memorise and understand the poem through our well researched curriculum and bespoke child friendly text books packed with exercises to assess understanding.

IJĀZAH IN HIFDH AL QUR’AN
Students who wish to focus solely on the memorisation of the Holy Qur’an will also have the opportunity to do so through the Ijāzah Programme. In this programme, highly skilled teachers will share tried and tested techniques to improve students’ fluency, memory speed and retention with the end goal being preservation of the complete Qur’an.
